The Health Club at The Knightsbrook hotel in Meath consists of a state of the art gymnasium, 17 metre deck-level swimming pool, heat treatment rooms and two fitness studios. The club combines excellent facilities with expert health- and fitness training in order to offer ongoing support and friendly encouragement to members and patrons aiming at achieving certain fitness goals. Members can take advantage of our personalised fitness lessons, which consist of a varied and enjoyable exercise program as well as nutritional advice.
Aside from our selection of conventional fitness classes, we also have a number of new and exciting offerings that include Pilates, aqua aerobics, Ab Attack and cardio kickboxing among others. We also offer swimming lessons for adults and children of all ages and capabilities.
