Spin - Disco lights and tunes at the ready with this high intense fitness class. This is an indoor cycling class which focuses on endurance, strength and intervals. 45 mins of sweat, hard work and fun!
Upper Body Burner - Working the shoulders, chest, triceps and biceps to the max. Feel the burn with this killer class, using free weights, resistance and your own body weight.
BLT - Toning up those Bums, Legs and Tums. Guaranteed to work those glutes, quads and abs.
Aqua Aerobics - Bringing the fun back into fitness with this high energy, low impact class! This is a great cardio and toning class, using foam dumbbells and will give you a great work out with great music!
Strength and Conditioning - Focusing on technique and form to build muscle in all the right places. Focusing on strengthening the supporting muscles, increasing mobility, correct posture and stabilizing joints.
Box Fit - High intense cardio and upper body toning class, which incorporates boxing training techniques and helps tone overall muscles.
Gold’n Tone - A low intense cardio and toning classes catered to over 50’s, but of course everyone is welcome!
Mat work - Working all areas of the body using low weights and body weight. Working those deep muscles, with slow, controlled exercises. Focuses on posture, alignment, breathing and flexibility.
HIIT - Get your sweat on with this high Intensity class, with cardio and toning segments.
Move to the Groove - A cardio-based dance/step class, guaranteed to work up a sweat. Great for coordination and flexibility.
Booty Band Workout - Using resistance bands to really work the quads and glutes and get that bum working!
TRX HIIT - This is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously, mixed with other non TRX based exercises.
Stretch ‘n Flow - Relax you mind and wind down with lovely mix of Pilates, yoga and stretching. Treat your muscles and mind to some chill out and recovery time with deep controlled breathing and stretching.
Step Aerobics - A great cardio class guaranteed to get you moving and sweating. Dumbbells can be added for extra toning.

Saturday Smash - Another full body workout, working on all areas of the to get you body confident! Incorporating resistance work, free weights, body weights and cardio.
Body Sculpt - Targets the full body using free weights, resistance and body weight. Helps to tone and sculpt muscles.
