Arrival Time to Hotel &Check In

 Our warm welcome maybe a little different now as we strive to maintain social distancing. To prevent large crowds gathering in our lobby, we ask that only one guest per booking approach the reception desk to check-in. 

 

Check-in time is from 4pm, and check out time is 12pm. At this time, we are unable to accommodate any early check-ins or late check outs as we have introduced an extensive cleaning procedure to all our bedrooms.

 

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to accept luggage storage before check in. Express check out is available beside the reception desk for you to check out efficiently, drop your card in the box and you are ready to go.

 

Please note payment in full will be taken at our Reception desk on check in. For all other purchases during your stay guests are asked to use contactless payment throughout the hotel.

 

 

Accommodation

Rooms are not being serviced during your stay to ensure the safety of all guests and employees. 

Tea and coffee station will be fully equipped; however, we have replaced our crockery with disposable cups and cutlery.

 

 

Dining Times 

For Social distancing reasons there is a maximum number of guests allowed in all our dining outlets to ensure your safety. 

There are limited number of tables that can accommodate up to 6 persons which need to be all partof the one household, under the current government guidelines.

 Room service is available and please note our room service charge is €10.00 per tray.

 

 Breakfast

Our Rococo Restaurant will be providing a serviced buffet for all our guests who have included breakfast in their package.

For those who have not included breakfast but wish to avail of this option during their stay, then can do so for an additional €12.50 per adult and €6.50 per child.

 Room service is available and breakfast can be delivered right to your door at your preferred time. Breakfast cards can be collected from Reception.

 

The Terrace Lounge

 We will be operating on a restaurant basis from August 10th serving a delicious new menu from 12-8:30pm daily.

Alcohol can be served to tables while consuming a substantial meal.

 We have introduced table service, we ask that you do not approach the bar counter, our waiting staff will be happy to provide table service.

Rococo Restaurant

 Opening Hours: Monday - Sunday 5pm – 8:30pm, serving our extensive A la Carte Menu.

Health Club & Swimming Pool

All guests have complimentary use of the Leisure Club 6am – 8pm daily.

 Please note 6am–8am is reserved for adults only. 

 

Adhering to guidelines our Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Sauna will be out of service. Our Pool and Fitness Centre will have reduced numbers and we ask that all guests call down to the Health Club 15 minutes before planning to use the pool, if the pool is full guests will be placed on a waiting list.

 

To ensure the safety of all our guests we would ask all residents to be pool ready arriving to the changing rooms, our lockers will be available at this time, access to our changing rooms will be limited by social distancing protocol at all times. Leisure club showers will not be accessible at this time. We ask all guests to shower in their room before and after pool use. Please bring your own footwear, swim cap and towels from your bedroom.

 

 The River Spa

The River Spa is located on the first floor of the hotel and is open daily 10am-6pm.

 Pre booking is essential to avoid disappointment.

Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that you may need to cancel your reservation, please note we require 48 hours' notice prior to arrival date, after which time the full amount of the 1st night of your stay will be charged.

  For group bookings where individual rooms cancel within your party, we require 7 days' notice.

 For an entire group cancellation, we require 4 weeks' notice.

  Prepaid bookings are non-refundable, should you need to cancel resort credit can be issued for future use.

 

 

Because Your Safety is our priority, we ask you to adhere to all guidelines ensuring everyone has a safe break away. These protocols and procedures have been put in place with the benefit of current Government Guidelines and will be altered and updated in line with any further changes that may emerge in in the future.
