James Tennant, Our Executive Head Chef, has Launched the new Bar Food Menu in the Terrace Lounge and Swifts Bar. Some of the dishes on the menu include warm Goats Cheese Tart, 8oz Prime Beef Burger, Roast Chicken, Wild Mushroom and Thyme Pie, Red Thai Chicken Curry and Seared Fillet of Salmon. All of which are sure to be a big hit!
