80's Outdoor Aerobics Class

Get your legwarmers and headbands ready for our 80’s *outdoor aerobics class!
Bringing you all the hits from the 80’s along with a fun-filled aerobics class.

 Grab a couple of friends and head down to the Knightsbrook Healthclub as we ‘get physical’ on the 5^th August at 12pm

All proceeds going to the charity SoSad.

The class will cost €10 and we will be doing a special in The Courtyard Café afterward.

*We will move the class indoors if the weather doesn’t suit
